1. Camera charges are payable at time of sitting.

2. A $75.00 deposit will be applied to your order when previews leave the studio.

3. One-half deposit is due before orders will be processed.

4. A $10.00 charge for each additional pose chose in final order.

5. Balance is due in full two weeks after placing final order.

6. COPYING - All photos taken by Captured Image Photography are subject to Copyright Laws.  Any individual who so violates the law by duplicating any preview, wallet, or part of an order will be subject to prosecution.

7. RETOUCHING - Complexion retouching included in poses chosen.  However, other corrections such as hair or clothing will be made by "quotation only" at $30.00/HR with a minimum of $10.00 order.

8. Outdoor portraits available.  Please inform us when scheduling appointment if you desire outdoor setting.  Add $20.00 location charge.
