We respond to our customers needs each and every time. Will even go out and purchase product at retail to accommodate your needs. NA

Returns

Will accept all returns back well after 30 days, well after all Mfg. Warranties have expired, with no original invoice date or invoice required, even without original box. We have replaced for our valued customers, countless staplers, ribbons, calculators, shredders, & furniture, years after purchasing without blinking an eye. Will accept returns back within 30 to 90 days with original invoice number and date. Item must be in re-sellable condition with original box.

Free installation on any applicable purchase. All installation will be an extra charge with no guarantees for next day.

Usage Reports

Reports can be generated weekly, monthly. Separated by department or name, to see what is being purchased by whom. NA

30,000 item catalog along with specialized catalogs for furniture, (A to C grade), Janitorial supplies, Specialty items, etc. Limited catalog, with limited selections and colors.

Pricing

Deep discounts, with a minimum of 30 to 80% off on every item we sell, not just the catcher items. No minimum discounts.
As you get further into their catalog and store, you will find discounts on many item at 5, 10, 15% off. Plus, any other item not found in their catalog are discounted at 15 to 25% off list, max. Their “Special Orders Catalog” is our main catalog. (Deliveries from 3-5 days.)
