Commercial Bank & Trust
of PA (the “Bank”) calls Westmoreland County its
home. With nine offices located throughout the
county in Latrobe, Ligonier, Greensburg,
Hempfield Township, West Newton, Unity Township,
and North Huntingdon, the “Bank” puts the

the Norwin community office manager Karen Botti.

The Bank has 70 years experience in the banking
industry. The bank first opened its doors in May
1934 in Latrobe at the former Peoples National
Bank. This location still serves as one of the
bank’s retail offices and administrative
headquarters. Founding directors were L.B.
Berlin, Michael Charley, D. C. Cramer, Grover
Hofelt, Welty B. Jobe, Philip Kuhns, L.M. Musick,
James Shaffer, and B.M. Watkins. The bank
started with a total capitalization of $193,250.
The Bank has a wide variety of banking and
financial services to accommodate every
