Located in Mount Pleasant on the corner of Route
31 and Route 982, this restored 100-year-old
dairy barn makes guests feel like they are in a
palace. With eleven French crystal
chandeliers descending from a spacious, vaulted
ceiling that hangs above elegant table settings
is a touch that many brides dream of for their
wedding day. Step back in time and prepare
to be entertained in an atmosphere of unique
romance.

such as upgrades, special linens, decorating
help, and advice on DJs, photographers,

And the food, of course, is nothing less than
extraordinary. Each dish is homemade by
classically trained, Executive Chef, Don Bell.
He has contributed his efforts to some of the
finest establishments in Western Pennsylvania,
including Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. Now
as part of his own family-owned enterprise, Chef
Bell has been inspired to bring even greater
levels of culinary accomplishment to our wedding
menu.

choices, Bell's Steak & Sea House can be enjoyed
for dinner and special occasions with friends.
There are also lofts that are available for
reservation that can accommodate up to 30

In 2003, exactly 100 years after its
construction, the property was purchased by
Beverly and Bob Collins, who were soon joined in
partnership by their daughter Bonnie and her
husband and award winning Chef Don Bell.
"We get many of our event catering clients from
casual visitors to the restaurant who are simply
overwhelmed with the rustic beauty and the
elegance of our crystal chandeliers. It is
truly a unique and romantic place. They
ask 'Do you ever hold events here?' We are
glad to say we do." said Beverly Collins, Party

wedding packages that are offered.
Crystal Bell Package $42.95
(Bar, Service & Tax Included) includes:
Hors d'oeuvres selection include fresh vegetable
display with buttermilk ranch dipping sauce,
assorted cheese, pepperoni & cracker display
with pommeray mustard dipping sauce, and sweet
and sour meatballs. Salads options include
a choice of one: house tossed salad with
our house dressing or Caesar salad.
Entrees include: (maximum of two):
traditional stuffed chicken breast with veloute,
chicken romano with lemon caper cream sauce,
stuffed pork chops with gravy, baked cod English
style, mahi-mahi with pineapple salsa, slow
roasted sirloin of beef. Vegetable & starch
selections include (choose one vegetable & one
starch): fresh vegetable medley, green bean
amandine, green beans with garlic, onions & red
peppers, broccoli, cauliflower & carrots rice
pilaf, white & wild rice pilaf, twice baked
potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, herb roasted
redskin potatoes. This package is also
accompanied by rolls, butter, a beverage, and a
piece of your wedding cake served for dessert.
Silver Bell Package $49.95
(Bar, Service & Tax Included) includes:
Champagne toast for head table and all guests.
Hors d'oeuvres include fresh vegetable display
with buttermilk ranch dipping sauce, assorted
cheese, pepperoni & cracker display with
pommeray mustard dipping sauce, and sweet and
sour meatballs. Salads options include a
choice of one: house tossed salad with our
house dressing or Caesar salad.
You also have a choice of one sorbet:
refreshing lemon or raspberry. Entrees
include: (maximum of two) parmesan crusted
chicken with tomato basil butter, stuffed
chicken marsala with mushroom marsala sauce,
prime rib with aus jus, our signature crabmeat
stuffed filet with lobster butter, salmon with
tomato basil coulis, crabmeat stuffed sole with
lemon butter. Vegetable & starch
selections include (choose one vegetable & one
starch): fresh vegetable medley, green bean
amandine, green beans with garlic, onions & red

sweet and sour meatballs, and spinach &
artichoke dip with grilled pita chips.
Salads options include a choice of one:
house tossed salad with our house dressing or
Caesar salad. You also have a
choice of one sorbet: refreshing lemon or
raspberry. Entrees include (maximum
of two) macadamia nut crusted chicken with a
frangelico beurre blanc, jumbo lump crab cake
with roasted red pepper & shallot coulis, duck
served with cranberry compote, petite filet
mignon & crab stuffed shrimp, N.Y. strip steak
with smoked hickory butter, 8 oz. filet mignon
with a merlot demi glace. Vegetable &
