Our Background
Jane Yeager Noel, has a strong art background as a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and Point Park College with a BA in visual arts. She also has a great deal of computer interface design experience with credits as an artist, art director, and associate producer on over 12 internationally distributed computer games. She has completed a course in “Interactive Design” from the Center for Professional Development at the Art Institute Online.
Scot Noel, with a BA in English, is an award-winning author with a number of published stories. He also has computer design experience as a project manager with 15 internationally distributed computer games to his credit.
David
Ben-Yaakov, a native of Irwin, PA, is the
President and founder of Giraffe Digital
Solutions. Based in California, Giraffe
Digital Solutions is the technical backbone of
InWestmoreland.com. David, an exceptional
programmer has worked with companies around the
world in programming games, websites, and more.
David's
experience in programming databases, web
applications, and e-commerce combined with
Jane's artistic and design skills to create a
powerful combination ready to work for you.

Made Easy, Inc. CME is a computer training
company offering customized training in your
business and in your home. We offer
training on a wide variety of subjects.

Give a professional
appearance.

Develop good
content. Nothing makes your site more valuable
than solid, useful, well-written content.

Simple, practical
design. Many pop-ups and flashing objects distract
and confuse the average computer user.

Use standard design
elements. Don't make the user have to wonder where
to click.

Consider search
engines. Many web designers and optimization
companies have all sorts of ways to try to trick search
engines. We don't use tricks. Good content
and a smart use of keywords help achieve results.

File sizes are
important. Large pages take longer to load than
small pages. Many users have broadband connections,
but there are still plenty of dial-up users. Your
site has to work for them!
