Thank you to all who attended the 2010 Cruise for Christ!

On behalf of Uganda Christian Solutions and Community Church, we'd like to express our sincere gratitude to all who took part in the first annual Cruise for Christ Benefit Car Show and Rib Fest on August 28th, 2010.

There were cool cars (and trucks and motorcycles!) and great ribs...but more importantly, the people who attended were a part of a larger blessing. Under beautiful, sunny skies, friendships were formed, meals were shared and the Lord was glorified during worship.  Watch our wrap up video.

Thousands of dollars were raised for Uganda Christian Solutions to benefit the 2011 mission for the people of Mukono Uganda and Southern Sudan in East Africa.

Long after the cars, trucks and motorcycles had left and the ribs had been eaten, we will continue to enjoy the rewards from the Cruise for Christ. 

With the 2010 cruise in the books, we look forward to making the 2011 event even better!

All Proceeds Go to Benefit 2011 Mission

All proceeds will benefit the 2011 mission for the people of Mukono Uganda and Southern Sudan in East Africa. In February and March of 2011, Uganda Christian Solutions will be leading a mission team of approximately 40 people from Western Pa and Ohio to Mukono, Uganda and Yei in southern Sudan.

The main focus to this mission is to provide medical services, evangelism support, and construction services. (Food proceeds from this event and all donations will be used to assist us in providing these ministries to our brothers and sisters in Africa.  Thank you in advance for your support!

Uganda Christian Solutions works to connect people to the love of Jesus Christ by developing Christian solutions in ministries that provide basic human needs to communities, including water, health, education, shelter, clothing, and transportation. Gift Bags for First 100 Cars

There is no charge for cars to enter the car show, but donations will be accepted. There will be gift bags for the first 100 cars to enter. Cars can begin arriving at 1:00 pm and must be parked by 5:00 pm. Spectator gates open at 3:00 pm. At 7:30 pm, trophies will be awarded to the vehicle owners as voted by the fans.

There will be limited parking available for spectators at the church, and a convenient shuttle will be running between the church and Penn Trafford High School where spectators can park.

In addition to the car show and rib fest, the entire community is encouraged to take part in Community Church’s contemporary worship service that will begin at 6:00 pm. The worship service will take place outdoors on the church grounds during the cruise and rib fest.

• All pork platters come with either coleslaw or baked beans, roll and butter.
• Ribs: 1/3 rack-$8.50; 1/2 rack -$12.50; Whole rack-$ 22.50

• Ben and Jerry's Ice cream- $3.00
