MaxCare
Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
Providing the maximum care for your carpets
and upholstery. Dan "Sudsy" Sudsina started out working
alongside his uncle in a Stanley Steemer franchise over 25 years
ago. Today, after a quarter century in the carpet cleaning business,
Dan owns his own company: MaxCare Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning.
His goal, as it has always been, is to provide superior service
using quality products. Dan's focus is to earn the trust of his
customers.
"Many people feel as if their house will be in disarray for a couple
of days if they have their carpets cleaned," said Dan. "MaxCare is
in and out, efficiently. If a protecting agent is applied, they ask
you to limit the use of the carpet for 2 hours, otherwise the
cleaned room is ready for use immediately."
By using heat, pressure and a cleaning solution, Dan's equipment
pushes the cleaning solution down into the carpet. This liquefies
the dirt and a vacuum pulls the dirty water outside to the MaxCare
van. The design of the wand disperses the water and pressure in such
a way that the backing of the carpet is not wet, and the floor
beneath is not dampened. Carpet is dry in 24 hours.
Services include:
- Carpet Cleaning
- Upholstery Cleaning (and Scotchguard)
- Water Extraction (flooding)
- Scotchguard
- Deodorizing
MaxCare is not the cheapest service around,
but Dan wants customers to be satisfied. "We want your business now,
next year, and every year. To make that happen, nothing else matters
except how well we do our jobs." Dan warns customers about "$9.95
per room specials, and that they should be wary of fly-by-night
services that do no more than wet your carpet with a portable
cleaning unit. You might need to pay extra to have a cleaning
solution used, and they certainly won't be moving your furniture or
taking care to work on difficult stains, for just $9.95 per room.
The first question you should ask any carpet cleaning service is
simple: "Are you going to get my carpet clean?" At MaxCare, Dan is
proud of the compliments given by his customers, including" "I've
never seen these carpets look so clean!" and "That spot was always
there!" And when discoloration, faded, or bleached areas cannot be
improved, Dan is straightforward with customers about what they
should expect.
MaxCare works hard to do the best job possible and has been building
its clientele based on references from one satisfied customer to
another. Dan Sudsina and MaxCare is ready to do a great job for you
too
Quality,
Integrity, and Trust. We care for your carpets, but we care about
