Westmoreland County residents have been waiting for the kind of cutting edge
restaurant typically found only in large, metropolitan areas. A dining
destination that offers a high-class image yet has affordable pricing. A trendy

now that The Supper Club has arrived.
The Supper Club is located in the historic 100-year-old Greensburg Train
Station in downtown Greensburg. With a lot of hard work and a keen eye for
decorating, owners Ashlee and Greg Andrews and Deb Driggers have transformed the
station into an extravagant dining experience. The two-level restaurant offers
several different settings to accommodate various dining preferences, such as
the Gastro Pub for casual dining, drinking and dancing; the Farm to Table Dining
Room for a more intimate setting; the Wine Loft for privacy; and the Chef's
Table for a one-of-a kind dining experience. But what is so amazing about each
of these dining areas is the quality and presentation of the food that is served
in them.
Farm to Table Dining
What is truly unique and special to the Supper Club is the Farm to Table
Dining Room created and led by Master Chef Greg Andrews. The farm to table
concept is one where the restaurant buys local, sustainable organic food and
creates weekly menu items featuring the ingredients. Everything is made from
scratch along with fresh made desserts and a full wine-by-the-bottle list.
"We want to be the first in the area to introduce this type of cooking,"
explained Deb Driggers. "We make everything from scratch and do not freeze
anything. We even make our own condiments, breads, and pastries. It’s difficult,
but fun to see the look on people’s faces when they see how delicious it is."
The Supper Club utilizes over two dozens of local farmers, foragers, and
producers. In addition it is the only restaurant in the area to use exclusively
only cheeses from PA state creameries.
"We believe that food that is made fresh and grown locally just tastes
better," said Driggers.
The Chef's Table
The Farm to Table Dining Room is not the only area of the restaurant where a
customer can experience delectable local food items. One of the newest trends
among fine restaurants is the Chef's Table concept. Choose the Chef's Table and
you choose an unforgettable gastronomic adventure, sitting in the heart of a
working kitchen while you experience the creative process behind your meal. Chef
Greg prepares an eight-course tasting menu along with specific wine pairings to
enjoy throughout the meal. It truly is a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
Sometimes customers just want to enjoy some of their favorite foods such as
hamburgers and pizza. The Supper Club understands that and, in response, has
created the Gastro Pub.
The Gastro Pub surrounds the main bar and features seasonal cocktails,
premium spirits, wines by the glass, and craft beers along with updated casual
fare from unique burgers and pizzas to interesting appetizers, fresh salads,
sustainable seafood dishes and modernized comfort food with a "something for
everyone" menu. To top it all off, the main floor turns into a dance area on
Saturday nights while featuring music from local performers.
If you are looking for a more intimate space to socialize, then the Wine Loft
Lounge is the place for you. It is a chic and sophisticated seating area with a
wine bar overlooking the main Gastro Pub. Guests order from a variety of wines
along with local artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and specially paired
appetizers.

theater, entertaining business travelers, meeting with friends or family, the
Supper Club is the perfect place to make a reservation. In fact, it is the only
