Hypnosis Benefits!
Since hypnosis is a natural state of mind, clients are
often surprised that they hear every word. Unless one enters
a deeper state, or at least a medium state, he or she may
not 'feel' any different than when relaxing in their
favorite easy chair. One may feel quite mellow, and may feel
light (or weightless), or very heavy as if sinking into the
chair.
Clients who have undergone hypnosis report an improvement
in symptoms such as anxiety reduction; phobia fear reduced;
decrease in sadness, anger and irritability; and, a better
quality of life and said they took fewer drugs and saw their
doctor less frequently after the treatment.
Additionally, it is a viable therapeutic option for the
treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. IBS is not a disease
but a functional disorder in which the nerves and the
muscles of the bowel are extra sensitive. It affects an
estimated 10-20 percent of the population. Symptoms range
from very mild to severe.
Can hypnosis be used to quit smoking?
The key is simple: THE CLIENT MUST WANT TO CHANGE. If
this is not so, long-term success is very unlikely. Check
out our website for additional information on smoking
cessation at
www.therapybeyond.com/smoking. (This service is not
covered by health insurance plans.)
Some people use substitutes for old smoking triggers, and
some do not. I recommend deep breathing and other healthy
alternatives. It is far better for the CONSCIOUS mind to
choose the substitute than for the subconscious, as one
habit might be traded for another.
Chronic pain is a warning that something is wrong with the
body, and it needs to be diagnosed by a qualified doctor.
Chronic pain can be reduced by relaxing the muscles groups,
numbing the chronic pain, using distractions for the pain,
and other modalitites.
All clinical issues are covered by all major health
insurance plans. Call Robbie Greenfield now at 724-832-7157
