Festival offers the best in visual and live performing arts, traditional
and fine crafts, cultural heritage activities, humanities, and exciting
ethnic foods, providing something for everyones tastes.
A
tradition for more than 20 years, the
Delmont Apple N Arts
Festival is an outstanding fall tradition, another great event in
Westmoreland County. The Delmont Apple N Arts Festival is held each year at
the Shields Farm in Delmont, PA.
With over than 3,000 ways to compete, Westmoreland Countys agricultural
prowess is on display at the
Westmoreland Fair, where 18,000 ribbons and $35,000 in premium and prize
money is awarded to exhibitors.
With exciting rides, 14 thrilling water slides, 2 roller coasters, and
seven theme areas of fun, Idlewild Park
and Soak Zone is what family fun is all about.
Open Memorial Day through Labor Day,
Ligonier Beach features a sandy
beach and a restaurant with weekly entertainment, as well as one of the

Located in Champion, PA, a stones throw outside Westmoreland County,
Seven Springs Mountain Resort offers
the widest range of terrain and lifts in Pennsylvania. Rated by Ski Magazine
as one of the top 5 resorts in the east, Seven Springs offers 275 acres of
skiing terrain.
Overly's Country Christmas is a
beautifully lighted Christmas village. Drive or walk through Overly's to
visit the sites, sounds, smells of a family holiday tradition. Local crafts
and gifts, a bonfire, Christmas carolers, homemade kettle corn, fudge, and
cookies add to the fun for the whole family. Train buffs will want to see
the new G-scale model train.
SeaBase, located at 770 East Pittsburgh Street, in Greensburg, PA, is an
entertainment center offering an indoor playground, a miniature golf course,
laser tag, video arcade, and more. Also featured are a toddler play area,
