Westmoreland County Area Agency on Aging. The mission of the
Westmoreland County Area Agency on Aging is to assist and enable older and
disabled persons to live their lives as independently as their circumstances
will allow and in the best possible and desired manner.

a local Home Care Agency, was ranked as one of the Top 100 Home Health
Agencies in the nation, and one of the Top FIVE in PA, by an independent
company using data provided by CMS (Medicare). There are approximately 7000
home health agencies in the United States and 350 agencies in the state of
