Directions
Oak Hollow Park is located near the YMCA on Morris Avenue
(sometimes called Nike Site Road.) From downtown Irwin, head
toward Sheridan Terrace. Morris Street in Sheridan Terrace
becomes Morris Avenue. Shortly after the YMCA/Senior Center,
the entrance to Oak Hollow Park is on the left.
Description
Oak Hollow Park is the largest developed park in the
Norwin area. The 127-acre park features pavilions, a fishing
pond, a basketball court, swing sets, jungle gyms, climbing
tubes, and soccer fields. The paved roadways are ideal for
biking, rollerblading, walking, and jogging. The park is
also used by model airplane pilots. The night skies are
ideal for watching the stars.

Indian Lake Park
Directions
Indian Lake Park is located off Clay Pike Road. From the
Turnpike exit, follow Barnes Lake Road to the end. Make a
left onto Clay Pike. The entrance to Indian Lake is
approximately a half mile on the right.
Description
The 29-acre Indian Lake Park is the home of Indian Lake.
The lake is stocked with trout in the spring and fall, and
with perch, bass, and catfish in the summer. Each autumn, a
fishing derby is held for children 13 and under. The lake is
accessible with wheelchairs. There is a special platform
with tables and railing cut outs designed for wheelchair
fishermen.
The park also features a pleasant half-mile walking track, a
covered bridge and a large pavilion. The smooth track is
popular with walkers, runners, rollerbladers, and parents
with strollers.
